The agent aspirant position is our version of an apprenticeship designed to build you towards opening your own State Farm office. You will develop your sales and leadership skills over time while working in a competitive environment. You will also receive training from several other agents in Michigan to provide a diverse understanding of the role you are seeking. This job is intended for high performers who are looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
